Lisa Deitz, Erdie Paper Tube CCTI President I started in the industry 30 years ago as a Kelly temporary in a receptionist position. I was hired in within two months and started working my way up the ladder. I continuously asked for my responsibilities and things to do and was given them. I have been President of Erdie Industries for the past 10 years. While doing so I obtained my undergraduate and Master's while working full time. Jason Erdie, Erdie Paper Tube CCTI Immediate Past President I started the business 40 years ago (in 1983) with my father who was in the industry, and his father before him.

Dave Partin, Amspak CCTI Treasurer Worked 13 years as a Plant Manager in Textile Industry with both Milliken and Unifi. Twenty year career with Caraustar half of time as a Regional Manager in Manufacturing (Southeast) and Sales (various North America). Last 6 years with Amspak Married to Robin for 37 years. Two adult sons. Former College Soccer player and completed 8 marathons (still running- just shorter distance and much slower).

Sam Kirschenbaum - Canusa Paper & Packaging Associate Rep./CCTI Board Member -5 years in the industry all with Canusa Paper and Packaging -Lived in Argentina for 2 years, speak spanish allowing me to work with Latin American customers/suppliers -Played college baseball at Union College in Schenectady, NY -Finishing MBA at University of Florida in December 2024 -Like to travel and be outdoors (fishing and hunting) in free time.

Joe Cappellano, OX Industries CCTI Board Member Joe is V.P. of Paperboard Sales at Ox Paperboard LLC and his previous positions have included working with the Newark Group and Corenso North America. Joe attended Boston University

Nathalia Leal, Carga Segura International Rep./ CCTI Board Member I’ve been working in the industry for over eight years at Carga Segura in Mexico. During my time at Carga Segura, I have been involved in projects to expand our operations both within Mexico and internationally. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about and experiencing different cultures through traveling. I have lived in five different countries.

P. Stuart Seltman, Crescent Paper Tube CCTI Board Member Stuart Seltman is a fourth-generation owner and president of Crescent Paper Tube Company, Inc. Mike MacDonald, Tritan Products CCTI Board Member Mike is a relative newcomer to the industry having been an investor in the sector for a number of years he became president of Tritan Products in 2021. In his "spare time" he flies airplanes and lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife, kids and portuguese water dog poppy.

Andrea Ball CCTI Executive Director/Ex-Officio With over 25 years of experience in association management, event planning, publicity, communications, and marketing, Andrea has served as the Executive Director of CCTI since 2016 and previously worked as the Director of Communications for the organization. Nancy Kim, Esq. General Counsel Nancy is a Partner at Lange, Thomas & Associates LLP Lange, Thomas & Associates LLP and she represent trade association clients at board meetings, conferences and industry events. Advise association clients with regard to corporate governance matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, employment matters, trademark and copyright matters, immigration issues, and litigation matters. Research new federal and state laws regarding cannabis, hemp and CBD products and present findings before members at industry conferences as well as draft policy memorandum for members.
